We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, about 95% of orders are delivered within 14 - 21 days (we do try to keep everything in stock and average around 90% of the products we sell are in stock at any particular time).
Although we aim for delivery within 14 - 21 days it can at very busy times take up to 28 days for your order to arrive.
Most of our deliveries are arranged with a specialist home delivery company called Kinetic Logistics. Once they have collected your order from us it will be allocated on to their next available delivery run in your area and a delivery day and time will be booked in with you a few days in advance of delivery date. They normally try and book in via email and text message if we have a mobile number for you. All deliveries with Kinetic are ground floor only and for very large items the driver may need some assistance. If you are not sure about getting an item of furniture into your property please drop us a line or give us a quick call to discuss the options.
If you are in a real hurry for your order to be delivered please give us a call or drop us a line as we can normally offer alternative delivery options depending on the size of your order and you location so please get in touch if our standard delivery service does not fit in with your schedule.
Delivery charges are automatically calculated when you go through the checkout process and the delivery costs are detailed below. Certain areas within the UK are more expensive to deliver to than others for this reason we do have some delivery surcharges above our standard £34.99 delivery charge as set out below. Certain items can be safely sent with UPS, these include small nest of tables, certain coffee tables and certain CD / DVD units where there is a delivery charge of £14.99.

For all deliveries outside of the areas above, please contact us for a price. We have delivered to Jersey, Guernsey, all parts of Europe, the USA & Canada so anything is possible. For a price just drop us a line with the items you are interested in and we will work a price out for you. Don't forget anything that is delivered outside Europe we do not have to charge VAT but there maybe import duties you have to pay locally so this is always worth checking first. Most deliveries will arrive on a pallatised delivery service which is normally a driveway or kerbside delivery only so you will require some assistance to get the furniture inside your property. We always request that the delivery is booked in with you prior to delivery so you can arrange for some help to be on hand.
Returns Policy - Changed your mind?
If you are at all unhappy with your purchase for any reason please let us know within 14 days of delivery via email and please arrange to return your order to us or we will be happy to arrange to get the item(s) collected from you or sometimes we may ask that you return the items to us. If after viewing your order the reason for return is that you have simply changed your mind there will be a collection charge which will vary depending on the size of your order and your location, this charge will also apply if we have dispatched your order and you cancel before it has been delivered. Please keep the original packaging as this will be required to return the order as each item must be repackaged to arrange the return to us. We will arrange to get your order collected from you but do require this to be completed within 28 days of the original delivery date, we may ask you for photographs to show that the items for return are suitably packaged before they are collected from you. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of the return being received back to us. Please note that furniture that is made to order or altered to your specifications and business to business sales are excluded from the 14 day return policy and no refunds will be issued.
Returns Policy - Damaged or faulty?
If your reason for return is because the items(s) are damaged or faulty please notify the problem to us within 24 hours of delivery via email along with digital photographs showing the issue, we will then offer to either replace the affected item(s) or offer you a full refund which will be credited back to the payment card within 14 days of the item(s) being collected from you. Again please keep the original packaging as this will be required to return the order as each item must be repackaged to arrange the return to us. We will arrange to get your order collected from you but do require this to be completed within 28 days of the original delivery date, we may ask you for photographs to show that the items for return are suitably packaged.
