The Natural Selection Furniture Home Delivery Service

All of the prices on our web site include delivery either with a national home delivery company or a 3 to 4 day palletised delivery service with the exception of the postcode areas detailed below which incur a delivery surcharge.

Around 95% of products that we sell are in stock ready for delivery anywhere in the United Kingdom. All of the prices on our web site include delivery however some areas will incur a delivery surcharge, please check the postcode area list below for more information regarding delivery charges and if a surcharge will apply to you.

You will have the option of three delivery methods on the checkout page of our web site and these are detailed below.

Home Delivery Service - 14 to 21 day delivery - Included in the price.

90% of furniture orders are delivered using a dedicated home delivery company with single man deliveries who will place the furniture in a downstairs room of your choice if it is safe to do so, some assistance will be required if delivery is to be made to a flat / apartment that is not on the ground floor. All deliveries will be booked in with you two or three days prior to delivery with a day and estimate of the delivery time. Our home delivery company will also give you another call on the day of delivery when they are around 30 - 60 minutes away if you request this when the delivery is booked in with you.

Economy Pallet Delivery - 3 to 5 day delivery - Included in the price.

Your order will be palletised on a wooden pallet and delivered using a national pallet delivery company within 3 to 5 days of placing your order with us. We do request that these deliveries are booked in with you prior to delivery but this can not be100% guaranteed. It is important that you check your order prior to signing for the delivery. Please note that a pallet delivery is a kerb side delivery only.

Next Day Pallet Delivery - 1 to 2 day delivery (except the most northern parts of Scotland) - small surcharge of £25.00

Your order will be palletised on a wooden pallet and delivered using a national pallet delivery company on the next working day following your order as long as we receive it by 10:30am, if your order is placed after 10:30am it may take 2 days. Next day deliveries are not booked in with you and will arrive generally between 9am & 6pm the following working day. It is important that you check your order prior to signing for the delivery. Please note that a pallet delivery is a kerb side delivery only.

Parcel Deliveries for smaller items 7 - 14 day delivery - included in the price.

All small items ie nest of tables nd small coffee tables on our web site will sent out with a next day carrier normally UPS and will normally arrive on the next working day following dispatch between 9am & 6pm.

Where a delivery has been arranged either by us or one of our delivery partners for a particular day it is the consumers responsibility to ensure that they meet the time and day stipulated, if delivery is attempted and no body is in to receive it then an aborted delivery charge is applicable, which is the full cost of the delivery to you (this does vary depending on the size of order and also your location in the country). If you would like a precise delivery cost then please contact us prior to ordering as this cost is included in the price of each item on our web site.

Your credit card will not be debited until the items you have ordered are ready to be dispatched.
