| Ordering
on-line is easy, quick and safe (our web site uses the very latest security and encryption methods to ensure your details remain secure). Simply make your choice using the 'Buy' option which you'll
find next to each item, this will bring up our secure on-line order
form, the first page will ask you for your invoice & shipping address, you will then be transferred to The Royal Bank of Scotland WorldPay service where you can pay with any Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo or JCB card. You can also place orders by telephone if you prefer. A check will be
completed on your card and you will not be charged until your order
is in stock with us ready to be dispatched. |

online transactions made within The Natural Selection web site are
protected by the industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) system.
This encrypts your personal details ensuring completely safe transfer
over the Internet. Effectively, this system prevents your details
from being accessed or read by other sources. Your credit card details are encrypted by Royal Bank of Scotland's WorldPay service and we do not have access to these details, so you know that your details are 100% secure.

Around 95% of products that we sell are in stock ready for delivery within 1 - 3 weeks anywhere in the United Kingdom. All of the prices on our web site include delivery however some areas will incur a delivery surcharge, please check the postcode area list on our delivery information page for more information regarding delivery charges and if a surcharge will apply to you. 90% of furniture orders are
delivered using a dedicated home delivery company with single man
deliveries who will place the furniture in a room of your choice
if possible. With certain deliveries normally to outlying areas that our home delivery company does not cover themselves your order will be palletised and the delivery driver may not bring your order into your property, you may want to arrange for some help as our furniture is very heavy. Smaller items may be delivered
by a parcel service normally UPS.
We can arrange for you order to be delivered in 2 or 3 working days if you are in a hurry for your furniture but require the order to be completed by 11am. This service does carry a small surcharge dependent on where you are in the country for delivery and will arrive palletised. | If
for any reason you are not satisfied with your order then you can
return it within seven days of delivery if it is in its original,
saleable condition complete with all packaging. Once returned we
will either offer you the choice of a replacement, credit or full
refund of the goods value (Excludes costs involved in original delivery
and return delivery). Only applies to items that we carry stock
of, any goods altered to
a customers specifications can not be returned unless faulty or
damaged. There may be a restocking charge of up to 20% of the order
total for some items of furniture that are made to order, you will be notified if this applies to your order prior to us accepting the order.
Before ordering
please check furniture dimensions to make sure they fit into the
selected room. Please also check the measurements of all access
areas, e.g. hallways, doorways, stairs, stairwells etc. to ensure
delivery access will not restrict delivery. We are unable to refund
orders which cannot be delivered due to restricted access or the
items do not fit your room.
All returns
due to damage or faulty goods must be notified to us by email within three days of delivery
accompanied by digital photographs of the problem. |

therefore the Internet is the most efficient way of providing you
with an up-to-date catalogue. For this reason we do not offer a
